La struttura è molto particolare e gode di una bella posizione, poichè non a ridosso della via Aurelia, quindi silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Si nota la cura nei dettagli di arredo, nonostante sia necessaria qualche manutenzione. Il parcheggio è un grande valore aggiunto quando ci si trova in Liguria.
